Love my hanging cat climber. My cat loves it. She slept on it last night. She loves the hallway and this cat climber fits the bill. Very well made. Very good quality. Fun to put together. I recommend this fun shelf climber over the door, for every fur baby. They will love it.

This climbing tree is such a disappointment, from start to finish. The instructions are horrible - they are nearly impossible to interpret, and the images do not always match what is actually included (for example, the packing list says there are 4 balls and the instructions show installing 4 balls - but there is only 1 ball and only 1 shelf with a hole for a ball, and the picture on Wayfair shows it only having 1 ball). Also, it doesn't tell you which screws to use for each step, and it doesn't actually tell you the final few steps, you have to figure them out on your own. The velcro strips that are used for attaching the scratch pads were not properly sized, they were too large and all had to be cut down. The scratch pads themselves are too large and hang off the edge of the shelves. The shelves are also very small - my photo has a 4.5 pound kitten on the shelf and she barely fits - and worst of all, she was not impressed at all. I put her on there a few times, and she jumped off quickly each time. The best I can give this product is that it is a cute piece of furniture that missed the mark on functionality.
