My dogs took a little to warm up too but they live them and they are super cute!

I have bought a lot of pet beds and my dog loves to chew at him and take the stuffing out so I’ve been looking for a Mat that doesn’t have the stuffing in it. That is nice and be comfortable for my dog still this was perfect. I actually love this and would like to get another one.

I bought the large rectangular version of this mat, and it's a perfect size to roll easily for transport, then spread out big enough for a large dog. The velvety side will be warm and cozy in cold weather, and the sheer side shouldn't create heat during warm weather. It's well made, with even stitching, and should last through a lot of use. I really like the color too. I'm donating it to the foster program at our local shelter, and I can just see a herd of puppies wrestling around on it in a foster's yard during our hot spring/summer. :) I'm happy with my purchase!

My dogs love this !! They get hot easily and they sit and lay on it to cool off, I have bernedoodles that are 70 pounds and the other 85 pounds and they fit well on it. Recommend for sure if you have dogs that run hot or live on a hot climate

Ideal size to use as an occasional pet throw. One side acts as a cooling side , the other has a different, nappier cover that is warmer. Easily washable. A lifesaver for the cat when the A.C. Went out.
