Amazing cat tree! I spent several weeks looking at products online, In stores, and at friends and neighbors. This item appeared superior and it added up to our expectations. It is very sturdy and The features are large enough to accommodate multiple full-grown cats. We have had it for several months now and it appears as if it will last many years. It was easy to assemble but it will require some level of visual skills as there are no steps by step instructions, just a visual schematic. Our cat loves to climb the whole way to the ceiling and spends a lot of time on the tower. She especially loves to be in the basket and on the top level playing with the hanging ball. She also loves to play games jumping out of the tunnel to surprise people.

We ordered two different cat trees from the same manufacturer and both of them were missing parts. One was missing hardware and one was missing an entire column. We actually ended up using some parts from our old cat tower and jimmied it to make a new cat tower. It worked. The instructions are also terrible. There was just a little mapped out diagram with little to no written words. The parts/pieces were numbered on the instructions but the parts themselves weren't numbered and you couldn't tell which was which. It was a little weird but it all worked out in the end. The cats love it!
