I cannot PRAISE this enough. This is a QUALITY product. IT took some intuitive thinking to get the last pieces assembled, and one of the threaded grooves OF COURSE did not hold the screw, but my contractor fixed this. The circular floating cat bed is wonderful, but the wire inside on one side was broken. Since I assembled it well after the three months from delivery, I was not able to ask for a replacement bed, so I wrote to Trixie and they stand behind their products.

We are very happy with this cat tree. It was fairly simple to put together, even though the instructions were not in English. The cats seem to like it!

This is the best cat condo I’ve ever seen. For the first time, my kitties actually use every part of it. I hate buying a tree and then having the cats use only one shelf. A little hard to put together, took 2 people, but very sturdy. Must assemble top-down which is a bit awkward.
