Exactly as described. Although arrived with a broken piece.... it was looked after immediately and new one sent. 5 star service.

I really like this cat house! The material seems high quality and so far, it’s held up really well during rain and summer heat. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because the hinges were installed on the wrong sides of the lid and weren’t facing the right direction, so I had to take those off and fix them. I also had to pre-drill holes for all of the screws because I found it very difficult to try and screw them in with a screwdriver like the instructions advised.
