The house arrived in good shape and was fairly easy for an 87 year old to put together. Some of the screws were paired wrong but that was easy to remedy. This was good buy for the money.

I received my cat house next day as advertised and got it put together in about 1.5 hrs. As I’m finishing up I realized this thing was supposed to be insulated and heated with pad and non chewable cord. That is not what I received. As soon as I can get with Wayfair I will see what they say so I will try and respond after their response. As far as the house it is what I expected on quality. I think it will hold up fine.

Took me 4 hours to assemble. Instructions are incorrect on one of the steps. The screw holes for the door flaps need to be counter sunk as the board spits when screwed on. Otherwise a very nice cat house. My cats still have not figured out the upper floor…hopefully they will soon. Planning on buying another house for one or two cats.
