Sturdy, well insulated and good for multiple cats. I covered one of the lower doors to keep the wind from blowing in by changing it to a heavier fabric. I also had to remove the other plastic door flaps because the cat was too afraid of them. (The flap alterations happened later and aren't shown in the picture) Easy to assemble and took about an hour. Some of the pieces did not have labels and it was difficult to know if we had the Velcro in the right direction. Keeps the rain out well. I had to lure her in with cat treats multiple times before she saw it as a safe place. Great buy, would recommend. Although, the cat perch on the top floor is not wide enough to entice the cat. It's too narrow. The bottom porch is perfect to hold a water dish and food to comfortably eat on.

The house arrived in good shape and was fairly easy for an 87 year old to put together. Some of the screws were paired wrong but that was easy to remedy. This was good buy for the money.

The outdoor stray cats love this. There is a family in my yard. They use it every day

Perfect for the outside cats in my area. They very easily go in and out of it. Don't use the top portion much thou

I received my cat house next day as advertised and got it put together in about 1.5 hrs. As I’m finishing up I realized this thing was supposed to be insulated and heated with pad and non chewable cord. That is not what I received. As soon as I can get with Wayfair I will see what they say so I will try and respond after their response. As far as the house it is what I expected on quality. I think it will hold up fine.
