I picked the bigger size hoping for the side balcony, but it didn’t come with one. It was pretty simple to put together, but the door just fell off right away. Because of that, I’m giving it one star. I can probably fix it, but something new shouldn’t just fall apart like that. That makes me think the material isn’t very sturdy.
