Little flimsy but cats love it!

The product's quality has unfortunately been disappointing. In the past, Wayfair offered items of better quality, but it seems that recently, there has been a decline. The materials used are of a lower grade and the overall construction is subpar. Even the plastic end caps are notably fragile, as they tend to crack quite easily, sometimes even without exerting any pressure, just by following the provided instructions. This marks the second instance of receiving a product with unsatisfactory quality. Currently, I still await the delivery of two items from Wayfair, and I must admit that my enthusiasm for their products is gradually diminishing, giving way to a sense of concern. The items I've received bear a resemblance to the kind of quality often encountered in imitation Chinese stores.

Nice quality, but I had a hard time assembling it. Pictures on instructions were not clear enough

Product is made of hard plastic, not metal like advertised. The cat I bought it for is enjoying laying in the tunnel but has not ventured above. Scratching post is iffy. The chemical smell is overwhelming and neither of us are a fan. Save your money and get a better tree.
