Very stylish and pretty for a cat tee. Also quite heavy and feels very sturdy, much better than some other models that feel like they will topple over. I don’t see this one falling down. I am a little bummed that due to the size/shape and placement of the branch/basket it doesn’t fit where I had intended to put it near a window in my upstairs foyer. My cat isn’t impressed and seems to still prefer a bed in the floor . We do have a new kitten joining the family this week so I’m hoping he uses it.

It's not 52 inches tall. It is only 48 inches tall. I like the tree and will have to have a platform built to accommodate the height deficit. This is a misrepresentation. And it was not easy to put together... not hard, just awkward. So you don't want to take it apart and haul it to be shipped back. Very disappointing.

Well built and beautiful at an amazing price! It looks elegant in our living-room- couldn’t ask for more!

Horrible instructions took two people about an hour to figure out how to get it together. Once built the cats like it but I do have mold showing up on the wooden parts. It is on a screened porch in NC so not completely surprised but my other wooden cat tower, on the other side of the patio, shows no sign of mold. The other issue is that the fabric that goes around the cubby section was cut with as little extra material as possible and the fabric popped off the base. Since everything is bolted together I would have to take it apart to try and get the fabric back on. Just an inch more material and this would not have happened.
