On time delivery! Love it! Simple and sturdy build! Love that too! Product as described and more. The packaging is genius! All hardware was packaged and tethered to the outside so you can find it right away. The cardboard box is also designed with cut out marks to turn the box into a "cat house". Great idea!

The kitties love it! We had a little trouble with the first house but if you screw in the bottom piece first, and leave screws loose, then it works out. The cats are so happy and spend their day either laying on it somewhere or chasing each other up and down the levels. We couldn’t even get it together without them jumping on each level as we put it together. Oh, and it’s not heavy at all, so easy to move!
