Disappointing... The condo on the second level has a hole in the roof making that level inaccessible from the top (my cat got stuck not being able to decent from the top of the highest condo and had to jump off); overall, unstable - wobbles with any cat movement; top perch is too high for a regular apartment ceiling - no room for the pet to jump on it. Worth off is the fact that every level is connected in a different spot making it impossible to alter levels (i.e., skip a level or two). Bottom line: it will look nice and your cat(s) will not use it.

My cats absolutely love it. They were moving in and out of the parts as I was putting it together. It was easy to assemble and was a quick put together for one.

Great cat tree! Our three cats already love it, including our 15-pounder. Easy to put together: I did it solo in about an hour. Appreciate that it comes with a wall stabilizer because it is very tall!
