Easy to assemble and our cat loves it!!

The hardware pack was missing 2 screws so I’m unable to fully put it together. Reached out to the manufacturer waiting to hear back but what a headache. Also, the “black” color looks a lot richer and a true black online. It photographs darker but in person it’s more of a dark navy

My cats love these. We have two now, over for each cat, because the basket is their favorite part and they don't like to share. They are fairly easy to put together. I had a little bit of trouble orienting the process to the instruction booklet but that's a me-thing. It was missing one size of screw needed to securely fasten the center box. We were able to improvise with another screw. We have not had any problems; it's still very stable. Our cats use them several times a day. If you're looking for a good cat tree, look no further.
