Frustrated when in the description multiple places said assembled and I even called and talked to a representative to be sure and she confirmed with me it would be assembled and to get it delivered i assembled was very disappointed. I was able to assemble it but the last piece of the cat tree was missing a hole to be able to screw in the last scratch post and bed. Definitely regret purchase as I normally wouldnt have spent so much on a cat tree but was paying extra because I wouldnt have to mess with assembly it.
