my cat loves making full use of it's height by sitting on one of its high tiers to look out the bedroom window. sadly the lower "cat house" has suffered structural failure from him jumping up onto the top part of it and is now laying on the floor broken trying to figure out how to fix it. As you can see in the one pic the corner is broken (all corners are like this now) it need to be a lot more structurally sound for heaver cat to jump on it or a warning in the description that is it not to be used by large adult cats 15+ lbs. if not for this i'd give it a 4* . (if the manufacture see this i am open to ideas as to how to fix it)

My cat loves it! He enjoys playing with those mice toys. Only downside is.. it wobbles whenever he jumped on it.

Looks fantastic, should be great for my cat, but honestly you need to improve your instructions. They were horrible! Took twice as long to build because I had to undo so much....
