Was easy to install. It is soft and it is sturdy. The color is as described. My cats love all the different areas to lay down.

This is going into our basement cat area. (We have 4 cat trees upstairs as well). We needed a cat tree that can handle our 3 cats that love to climb and one is over 14lbs. They love it! We bought this again in light gray and the 14lb boy is so happy he can fit in the basket to rest. We have 4 indoor cats from 4lbs-14.5lbs and seeing them all find their own spot to hang out is amazing.
