Box was intact. All piecesparts accounted for. Easy to put together with one person. Allen tool provided. Very sturdy, well made. Nice looking with pretty colors. Good places for cat to snuggle as well as scratch. Would recommend. Cats like it!

I really like this cat tree since the colors are very cute and it was very easy to build!! I have two cats of different size (small and large) and they both fit on the top bed. My small cat really enjoys sleeping on the little side pouch.

This is going to be a great play/rest station for the kittens at the shelter or maybe with a foster family. It's the perfect size for kittens, is absolutely sturdy, and is well designed & strongly built. My 12lb boy jumped on it immediately and gave the scratching posts and jingle toy a good workout. :) I don't think it would be great for adults unless they're small - maybe under 8 lbs? The posts and beds would be OK, but I would worry that a heavy cat would weigh-down the hammock. I could be wrong, but I don't see it supporting much weight without a brace. There are only two things I'll say that could be negative: it's slightly spendy for this size of fabric-covered tree, and I don't see the thin velveteen fabric on the top bed and side step lasting long. I'll recommend that the shelter staff cover them with small blankets. It was easy to put together with everything included, even the key and an extra bolt. I'm happy with this purchase. :)

This cat tree is perfect for my big kitties.  It is much larger than the pictures show.  I was hoping the measurements were correct. Our part maine coon cat immediately fell asleep in the hanging bed as soon as I put it together.  That says everything about this tree.  The fact it is holding him and it is not tipping over is amazing. He is 18 pounds of fluff.  He loves it and thats what matters most.  Shipping was fast and it packaged well.  Overall an excellent purchase.

Cat approved!Our cats love it!As soon as it was assembled,they were both on it and playing.It is a small tower.Very manageable for our british shorthair to climb.We have other towers but this one is easier for her to climb.Great quality!Easy assembly.Less than 30 minutes.
