Fantastic gate. I have four XL dogs so I really need a very tall gate. This gate went up perfectly. I use it for my mudroom where my dogs stay when we cannot be home. I had no problems installing it, and it was up in minutes. Its very sturdy and structurally sound. I highly recommend

Not meant for cats. My 15lb cat was able to squeeze through the bars. I have three cats and the only one it stopped was the one with the cone. Otherwise easy to build but the bars that is supposed to inserted between gate a wall are not included which lead to cat access.

easy to install and good quality, but the gap on each side is big enough for a small cat to fit through

The gate itself is great. Cats haven't been able to jump it and it closes by itself. However shipping was slow- it was late, and I needed it on the date it was supposed to be here. When I called Wayfair they did not seem sympathetic/apologetic, so I wasn't thrilled the customer service either.
