The hutch is fine. I had wanted a large outdoor enclosure for our Bearded Dragon, Tyler. I had ordered a different item but when the deliver by day came and went I got concerned and looked a little closer at the tracking information. The item was scheduled to arrive on May 25th, as was expected, what was not expected was that it was scheduled to arrive on May 25, 2023. As much as I liked the look of the hutch I had ordered, this was too long to wait. I wish I could remember the name of the woman from customer service who helped me. She was terrific. Just the right amount of bewildered and appalled that I needed. She had me pick out a different, but equal (or even a little more value) hutch and got it right out to me. Tyler seems to like it, but it's hard to tell, the lizard is a grump. So thank you Wayfair for your nice product and excellent customer service!

I wasn’t even sent the right item and they are giving me a hard time trying to return it even after I send them pictures and everything. They are only trying to give me 20% of my money back.! So upset… Will never buy from Wayfair again! I am just so in shock from the customer service and the trouble I am having even when I was sent the wrong item. They are still wanting me to also pay for return shipping. Lol this is just unbelievable

The actual coop was not as it is pictured (door and top hatch placement were on the short ends so it’s harder to reach the animals) and the entire coop is cheaply made.

Works great keeps the chicks in and easy for feeding and watering

Loved this, but it lasted about 6 months and fell apart when we moved to a new house
