The hammock was easy to put together and my cat instantly sat in it. She hasnt used it since, but I think she just prefers beds. The wood is just thn,butit doesnt need to bear much weight. The hammock sits low to the ground.

I was looking for a wider cat bed that is not so narrow across since my furr baby is alil on the heavy side! ;) He immediately was interested in it and it has now become his favorite place to rest!! I definately recommend this cat hammock! *****5 STARS as always Wayfair, you never disappoint!

This Sisal Cat Scratcher and Cat Hammock is exactly as pictured online. It was very simple to assemble, and the sturdy, solid wooden frame adds a stylish touch. My cat loves her new hammock! She stretches out and lounges in it all day. Her only complaint? I didn't buy it sooner. Typical cat,always judging her staff! Thank you, Wayfair! ❤️
