This is one of the few products I truly had trouble assembling. I normally have someone help me, but I have not had any help putting this together and I’m not finished as of yet. Please accept my apologies! As I received this product on August 20, I would be very grateful to have until September 20 to complete assembly. Take photos and write a review.

"The directions were not great for building this, but we were able to get through it. It took about 2 hours with 2 people. But the tree itself is so wonderful I'm not taking stars away because of the instructions. The tree is heavy and sturdy, with lots of shelves for climbing, a little house at the bottom, and my cats adore the hanging toys—those won't last long! My picture shows three large-breed kittens playing on it, and there is still room! There are little adjusters on the bottom to level it and they work great—despite the jumping around of these heavy kittens, this tree didn't wobble at all. I love pet products that are easy to clean. Traditional options with glued carpet are a nightmare because I have to pull out a steamer. But any soft surface on this model can be removed and thrown in the wash! That is a huge bonus for me! Finally, it's a very attractive piece of furniture! Form and function both! I've been trying to find something to put in my front entryway that also looks nice, and this fits the bill perfectly!"

Sturdy, adjustable, tall cat tower. Definitely recommend a screwdriver and a step stool, I wouldn’t have been able to assemble it without those items. The instruction manual needs to have written instructions in addition to visual. The entire manual is pictures only which made it confusing to put together. As an example had no clue the carpet was to be attached via sticker style as pictured due to the instructions not stating so. My only other complaint is that the hideout has a gap and there was no way to close it. I put the instruction manual through it to demonstrate in the picture below. I also wish the screws were less visible with the hut being white. I recommend choosing the darker color. Pros Love that the cushions are attached via Velcro because it makes them removable and able to be just thrown in the washing machine for cleaning. My cats are obsessed with the little fluff balls and they feel comfortable climbing up the staggering tiers. The feet of the structure are also adjustable which helps with sturdiness. Overall modern yet practical in a way that helps me keep the cute aesthetic of my apartment but is still enjoyed by my cats!

This is a huge cat tree and I wasn’t expecting the size. I used a power screwdriver and that helped stabilize the tree. Overall great but my kitten is still adjusting as to how to climb on and off of it. Great product and highly recommended So I put it close to the couch for him.

I’m super excited about this cat tree. I really like how clean and simple it looks while providing my cat lots of platforms to choose from. The hideout at the bottom is a very nice touch. I do wish the screws that were used would have fit a screwdriver head. Only about 10% of the screws worked with the screwdriver while the rest needed to be manually done with an Allen key. Assembling it (alone) took me about an hour but would’ve been much faster if I had the right head for my screwdriver. The instruction manual was pretty straightforward. My only other addition is I would have liked a wall anchor. Even though all of the screws are tightened all the way it’s a little wobbly. I don’t necessarily think it will fall over, but my cat is a little hesitant about going to the higher levels. She may also just need some time to warm up.
