Very easy to assemble. We took a clue from others and used more substantial screws for the hinge and door brackets. The coop looks very nice. It was advertised as waterproof, but the instructions do say to put on a water sealer before use and to repeat annually. Now.....to convince the ducks to use it!!

Very easy to assemble. Sturdy materials. Instructions indicate it is a 2-person build, and I agree that is ideal, but it was still easy to assemble by myself. I built for ducks, so did not need to use the included perches, but the perches will be useful for other projects.
