Love this! Debated about the purchase for a while, but finally went for it, and my cats are in love. Its sturdy and assembly instructions are straight forward. Plenty of room for both of my large cats (about 12-14 lbs each). I added some finer screening around it to keep bugs out (just stapled it to the frame) and created a wood frame that fits inside my window so it can be secured without attaching it to the exterior of my house. The roof has done a great job keeping rain out so I think it will hold up for a while.

Cats took to it right away! Assembled myself. Easy assembly parts and hardware labeled perfectly. I screwed on a small frame to go inside my window opening so they could not escape outside the edges since it was not flush against the window. Great quality…great size for the price!

Excellent! Our cat absolutely loves it. One of the most well-made cat condos I’ve seen. Remarkably easy to assemble for this old lady.

I've got two kitties who always beg to go outside but cannot be out there unattended due to coyotes, hawks, etc. This worked out to be a great alternative! It's a perfect height for our window. It's spacious for two cats and they really enjoy sitting outside, enjoying the sun, and watching birds safely.
