Delivery was awful wanted to cancel after they delivered it incorrectly was told no and had to wait longer for it was for ed to go get one at a store and when it did come the box was a mess havent even tried to build it. Update when to build it and it was full of holes and sharpe piece no way this could be used for a pet I stopped pulling piece out after the first 2 I'm sure there are more too.

It’s a little smaller than I thought. It did not sit evenly on the floor so we had to put something under the one wheel so it was level. One piece of the wood was splintered. Thankfully it was on the outside of the cage. The assembly was easy.

It will do its job but not something I would purchase again. It does not have a wire base over the drip pans so the animals feet will be in their waste all day, putting straw as a base defeats the purpose of the pull out trays for easy cleaning as well. There are gaps between the door and the frame where it closes so the locks provided are useless and I had to fashion my own latching system for the doors. And the ramp rests on the pullout tray so you have to open the top, lift up the ramp, and pull the tray out. It was easy to assemble though so that’s a plus.
