The cage is advertised as having 1” bar spacing but some of them at the top of the cage are 1 1/4”. I need to see if this will be safe for my Parrot or if I am going to need to return or have someone weld extra bars in place to make it safe. At this price point you should be able to rely on the dimensions listed. Other than that the cage is beautiful, the metal is very strong. There is a residue on the stainless steel that will need to be thoroughly cleaned off before any parrot can be put inside. That will take some work. Again you would think there would be a post pro cleaning before shipping to remove the black oily residue.
