Great product, easy to put together

Love it but missing some parts. Not worth sending back though because I already built the cage. The parts missing were the latches that prevent the grate from sliding out.

Missing pieces emailed about the missing pieces and they sent me other pieces that weren’t missing and that I didn’t need. Had to use zip tides to hold the bottom try in

Size and color were right but this cage is cheaply made for the price. Nothing was square, screw holes didn't line up. Very limited instructions considering it comes shipped in three separate boxes, and there were alot of pieces. Quality control was lacking. The primer was coming through the white paint on the cage trays, legs and grate holes. I had another cage in mind but it didn't come in white but now I wish I went with the other cage.
