This product works exactly as expected and has been a great addition to our home. It's well made, easy to use, and feels durable. The quality is excellent for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I really want to love this cage, but as-is, it's not a safe enclosure. We're rookie hamster owners, and our Syrian climbed up the back wall and clung to the roof and was able to chew a hole in one of the air vents large enough to escape, jumping to the ground below, where thankfully he was only cornered by our dog, and not eaten by him. I've fixed the problem by adding chicken wire, which should have been part of the design in the first place if this is truly an enclosure intended for hamsters, which I've since researched more fully and discovered do this Spider-Hammy thing pretty regularly.

Excellent enclosure! Lightweight and yet durable. Easy to assemble if you are at least a teeny bit mechanically inclined. It looks really elegant in my office and my hamster is extremely happy with all this room to run around.
