It is a little wobbly. The roof is nice. (The 3 pieces of shingles) Door latch is plastic like, light weight. We used a different one we bought. Overall its ok to allow your kitty outside for a few hours a day. My Mowgli seems to like it.

We alter this a tiny bit to be the cover of a tortoise enclosure, it worked very well for that except a little over a year later the roof did not stand up to being exposed to excessive water or moisture in the weather.

I would’ve given a 0 if I could. Horrible material! Lowwwwww quality not worth 250 that I paid. It’s more like a 50$ quality. A lot of chips and cracks. Drilling the nails in it starts falling apart! The nails going through but breaking it that’s how bad the quality is. Def want my money back. I’ve never been this disappointed with an order in my life

Good but if it was a little bit taller would have been golden . I have it from my office to outside
