My cats loved this tunnel right away and they continue to enjoy it. For size reference, one cat is 10 lbs. and the other is 7 lbs., and both like go into the tunnel when they want to chase each other through it. My smaller cat also likes it just for hanging out, and she looks very cozy when she's in it. The outside is covered in super soft fabric, and the inside is crinkled plastic, but it doesn't make loud crinkly noises, thank goodness! My cats ignore the hanging pom poms, but they are cute. To put the tunnel away, it's very easy to just collapse it and then secure it with the orange hook-and-loop straps. It's very lightweight. I do put it away fairly often so that my cats won't become bored with it. Then when I bring it out for them, they are eager to play! I do recommend this tunnel.

The second I unboxed this tunnel, our two ten-month old kittens, Samwise and Linus, were playing in it and around it! It has been a total hit. Our twelve-year old flame point Siamese mix Oscar has tried to join in, but the brothers are a bit too rambunctious for him. Every morning, I get up and find the tunnel moved to a new place because the boys have been playing during the night. I love the soft gray material of this tunnel. It looks so much nicer than the polyester crinkly ones you normally find. I also think it will be more durable. We might have to order a second tunnel for upstairs. Another Wayfair win!

So much better than expected! The exterior fabric is so incredibly soft, it feels almost like a type of velvet, and its THICK. The hanging toy balls are a nice touch my cat really enjoys them. The inside of the tunnel has that crinkle sound which is something my cat also loves. The peek-a-boo hole in the side is great for play time. Weve had tons of fun playing with him with this cat tunnel. His is the highest quality cat tunnel Ive ever seen in my life, I seriously didnt know they made them this nice. 1010 product, just buy it. Your cat will love it.
