To start things off, FedEx sent my package from Texas to Tennessee, then Indiana and onto Chicago, Illinois. From there it went on up to Wisconsin. I contacted Wayfair as it was traveling around for an extra four days. It then went back to Chicago before finally arriving in Iowa. The box had damage, but the contents were in good order. Parts of the metal screens were bowed or stretched out. Don’t know if that was from shipping damage or just the construction. There are no words to assist for the assembly directions, just pictures. It took at least two of us to put it together. I ordered the black Catio and really like the looks. But the quality is not the best. Flimsy wood structure. For our cat’s safety, we will be putting in some extra supports. But hey, we did get it on sale. We found it best to have the top curled upwards as we attached the velcro to the top rails first. Then we were able to pull down the corners at the ends. Then the sides to attach to the other Velcro strips.

I got the black one and I really like how it looks. I have three cats and they are enjoying it very much. I would just look out for very windy areas because it’s quite lightweight. I’m going to try and figure out a way to anchor it just to be on the safe side otherwise a good purchase!

Not what I expected, flimsy and I don’t believe it is the correct size, but I need it for my cats

Item came missing the top roof cover still waiting on the replacement. The structure isn’t bad overall the bottom bows out and the bottom of the front door sticks and is hard to open it will need sanded down. It is big enough for my cat he is still figuring it out but I like the size. Hope it last the winter

Catio is pretty flimsy material but will serve its purpose once it’s anchored to the house, took all day to assemble. Thin wood splits, splinters easy if not careful when moved. Had to do some adjustments in order for it to fit in the area we had available. Hopefully it will keep my kitty safe.
