The dog house arrived quickly and was easy to put together. It basically snaps together. I was able to put it together by myself. It is very lightweight. I like the color and style of this dog house, however, it is not for a medium sized dog. At least the entry door is not big enough for a medium dog. My dog is 30 pounds and is not able to fit through the door. This dog house would be better for dogs 25 pounds and under.

I was excited to order this dog house but was very disappointed when it arrived. My dog is just under 40 lbs but this dog house is way, way too small for her. It was fairly easy to put together but the directions were not clear so there were a few mistakes. The directions declare that you can’t undo—this happened and it was SUCH a pain. Lastly, this is made of VERY flimsy plastic. Despite the window, I can’t imagine it would be cool enough in hot weather and due to the window, I don’t think it would be warm enough for cold weather. Honestly, this makes me think of a kids toy—like they made a “fake” version of the real thing.

I bought this for two outdoor feral cats. I believe this will be perfect sitting on my porch to keep them out of bad weather. Quick turnaround time receiving and so easy to assemble. Only wish it had window and door flaps to keep out wind and rain, but still like it.

The pet house seems pretty sturdy. It is not insulated. The side wiindow of the structure is missing the blue plastic border or trim piece that the doorway has around it. Apparently it snaps in and the doorway came with it's border/trim already in place but the side window border/trim was not there. Your virtual assistant was no help and wanted me to take photos. I am not going to do that when you can take a look at the photo of the item and see what is missing. It was easy to put together. And shipping was quick. But that missing border/frame is not cool.
