This is wonderful. Looks like real wood, but its plastic, very sturdy. Literally snapped together in under five minutes. There are directions, but honestly you dont even need them. Looks like its real and very nice, will be perfect for pur daughter litter box in her apartment.

This review is for the cat litter box enclosure with flip-down door, hidden cat box cabinet & side table, weatherproof resin cat house. First, the package arrived damaged - so much so that the corners prohibited complete assembly because so much of the plastic was gone that the item could not snap in place, nor stay in place - leaving large holes, etc. Second, the overall design and idea behind it seems really good as it would work outside or inside the house because it's weatherproof, and all under roof with a drop-down front door. Third, I gave this item 3 stars and will update this review when I hear back from Wayfair as to whether it'll be replaced - only then can I truly give an up-to-date review on this product. Seems good, but would like to see it completely assembled, with no damage, etc.
