We really wanted to love this but unfortunately we just can’t. The self-cleaning litter box has an issue daily and it’s so frustrating. We purchased this one to replace our previous automatic litter box that recently died and when the vendor wouldn’t stand by its product we decided to order from a reputable company like Wayfair. The litter box hasn’t broke yet but if I had to do over again I definitely would not purchase this one. We are an elderly couple with health issues and have trouble lifting and bending and because of our limited space to place a litter box, we would have been better off with one that empties at the bottom and you just pull out the tray to change the bag. The cat house is cute but our cats refuse to even go in or on it.
