Got this in the mail missing pieces. Then when pieces were ordered the entire thing went on back order.

Came with missing prices and I did call customer service and return it

My shy cats love it because they have privacy while scratching, and can peek out. Unfortunately, my shy cats are also very large and strong, and if you have a cat like that, this may not be the most durable choice.

Cats love. sturdy enough for large cat in the beginning, now wobbly because screws are plastic. Lots of parts to put together.

This scratching channel is a big hit with my cats! The design is fun and keeps them entertained. My only issue is that the two pieces don’t connect in the middle—so when one of my cats jumps on it to scratch, the pieces tend to separate. It would’ve been perfect if they locked together more securely. Still, it’s a great addition to their play area, and they use it every day!
