Not top quality, but does the job. It will tip if not in a corner.

100% garbage. This tree wobbles like crazy. The first perch is super loose even with proper tightening. The posts are skinnier than the photo online. And yes, I also had to cut a ton of strings off of the tree before I let my cat on it. My Siamese is only 10lbs but she shredded her last tree. I purchased this wood and carpet tree thinking it was a better choice. No no no. Even with heavy weights on the bottom it still wobbles and that's just from the cat walking from the nightstand to the tree. I'm praying that first perch doesn't break off before her new tree gets here. Btw this hunk of junk is only a week old.

Just what I needed to keep my cat off my new furniture. It looks good, was easy to assemble and my cat likes it. It's high enough that my longish cat can still reach up to scratch on the rope post. Purrfect!
