This cat perch is very stable, very well made and has a nice cushy yet firm surface. My cat would have loved it had he been about 5 years, 10 years younger, hes 13 years old now and has a little bit of trouble getting up there. I will have to take it down and maybe move it really low to the floor

I am so happy I bought them. I live in a second floor condominium. The cats just love to lay on it and look out the window. Very nice!

I love the look and versatility of this product, but it does need work. Youre going to need to put some serious elbow grease into screwing anything together as the holes are very, very small. I ended up using the wall mount kit because I forgot to take into account the molding under my windowsill. (Oops!) I tested the stability with a gallon bucket of paint and... The top screws came right out of the provided anchors! I ended up using anchors and screws from a past project (rated for 70lbs) and now its really not going to go anywhere! The hammock is made out of really cozy teddybear fabric, but its got so much give that my very interested cats are hesitant to use it. Im going to have to make a hammock in a different fabric that is way less stretchy. Pros Great looking product with two different methods of mounting it! Easy instructions! Ships fast! Cons Difficult assembly because of small screw holes. Provided wall anchors and screws were no good, so I had to use different hardware. Hammock is way too stretchy, so I have to make a hammock. So much stuff I have to do to make this stable and functional outside of what was provided in the box.
