Tips over when my cat tried to use it. Came damaged. Sisal is just a piece wrapped around the post that you put on with the tape and Velcro.

Adverised as fully assembled but wasn't. Tools were included and assembly was easy, but it did take me a bit of time to figure out where the velcro goes. Also, the hanging toy was missing, but my cat doesn't play with those so that's fine. Seems like a decent product overall, though my cat is yet to touch it.
