The front door does not open both ways we had to remove it now litter gets all over

This product probably would have been fine. When I ordered, it said delivery would be May 29. Then I got a message saying delivery would be delayed until June 4. Because we need asap I cancelled and ordered from a different company. When it actually arrived on time May 29, it was very frustrating to me because I'd wasted a lot of time finding quicker turnaround, on top of a $13 fee that I now have to pay to return the original item to Wayfair! Sheesh!

Great quick delivery as requested. The product is even cuter than expected and easy peasy to put together. Snoop Dogg is a fam. The other 2 hopefully scope it out soon and I'll have it all set up
