Really cute little house. I got it for the outdoor ferals. It lasted for quite a bit but the elements finally got to it. It's very attractive and the cats seemed to enjoy it. I would recommend but perhaps put in where there is a little bit shelter from the wind and rain. Nice design.

Love this! Have had it for three or four years. For the first couple years it was in an unprotected-from-weather location. Put 2 heated cat beds inside for wintery weather. Hinged roof is super helpful, although the roof is totally off the hinges now as the wood has deteriorated. Now it’s in a more protected area, and probably would’ve survived better if it had been there from the start. Great for two cats! Definitely recommend!

The cat house is so adorable. The instructions were easy to read, understandable and easy to assemble. The aproxímate time to assemble was about 3-4 hours. The three feral cats (momma & 2 babies) were able to climb inside and make themselves comfortable. They seem to like their new home. I highly recommend Wayfair for your next purchase.

This is recommended for outdoor cats. I have had it in the garage for the first winter but do to increase in colony size I had to move it outdoors after only5 months it has completely rotted and fell apart. The roof torn off both steps broke off definitely NOT a outdoor cat house I wastes 200.00 that I dont have I care for 23 sick and homeless cats on my own. Im so disappointed.
