Easy to build (has good instuctions), light weight, easy to move around, spacious enough for my 2 (almost year old kittens) water and weather proof, good for inside or outside, quick to clean too. The biggest plus though is that the kittens absolutely love it, it keeps them occupied and happy, that especially, but all of the other things I mentioned as well make it a definite 5 star purchase!

Some parts are hard to snap into place had to cut out area so it would snap in . - air hole might be perfect size for bees to nest in so keep eye out.
