Unfortunately, I ordered this as open box and the "front" of the house was broken and one of the steps cracked as soon as my cats stepped on it (unclear if it was already damaged before I installed it). I need to reach out about replacement but know that ordering open box was a risk. Aside from that, this was easy to put together and install, but I used toggle bolts for more secure attachments. I think the steps would be more sturdy with a piece of wood extending below the step and I plan to make this modification as well.

Our cats are just loving the extra space! The wood is very sturdy and all hardware came in the package. It was really easy to put together.
