I ordered a 13ft by 10ft coop and was delivered a 10ft by 6.5ft coop. On the wesbite, the pictures offered for the 10ft by 13ft coop were pictures of the smaller coop. However, the specifications for the same product specified a 10ft by 13ft coop. After speaking with the chat AI on the site, they offered me solutions but then sent me a link to chat with customer service. Customer service agent offered a replacement sent to me at no charge and to have the original picked up. I gave all the information about the website being incorrect and receiving the wrong size coop and also missing a cover for the coop that was supposed to be included and was reassured that it would be resolved. I was sent the exact same size chicken coop i got delivered the first time. Although customer service gave me a discount i still have 2 times gottwn the WRONG product and am missing a cover that was supposed to come with it. I have 2 of the small coops put together to achieve what the large coop was supposed to.
The coop itself works for what i need, but i have no cover for part of it as it was never sent and i resorted to keeping what i had been sent rather than attempt for the company to send me a 3rd smaller coop. Very disappointed with whoever does the images and descriptions for the website as they show the wrong size pictures with the wrong size coops. Also very disappointed with the problem solving and ordering picking from this company.
