Directions were rough, but over all I was grateful for the discounted price and my cats seem happy to explore and enjoy being outside when the weather is nice.

The first one that I bought had a good size resting box and my cats have been using it for 2 years obviously love it, it's even big enough to put a warming pad in it. I decided to buy another since I have 9 cats. This is the second one that I have bought. The resting box in this one is 'so small' that my cats can't get in it. I have one cat that tried to use it, I would see him get in then couldn't turn around, they finally gave up so they don't use it anymore. It's been sitting empty for several months and I feel like I wasted my money. You don't realize the resting box is 'really' small until you're finished putting it together.

Straightforward instructions, good for the price.

Pretty easy to put together took a few hours and I’m a single women that doesn’t know what she is doing..lol great for the price. Cats love it. I put their cat tree inside and pushed this up to the window so they can freely go in and out

Good quality -- A little tricky to put together, but it is a solid structure. Cats seem to like it, so they give it paws up. I give it 4-stars because of the difficulty in erecting.
