I have been waiting to purchase an extra cooling mat for my cats for a few weeks now. I was disappointed in this purchase - while it came safely packaged in a large box and wrapped - this mat had a label which appeared heat /sun damaged. It was melded or fused onto the mat - the label crumbled off and I was able to wash most of the residue off with dish soap and a sponge but the outline remains. It also had some other staining. I let it dry and air out as it had a strong plastic smell. I did move it to a nice shaded room where the gel would cool down from my cats sunroom. It did function as a cooling mat but the condition was not very good. I would not purchases from manufacturer again.

My dog uses it only in the car when she's really hot. Otherwise, does not like it.

Doesn’t feel cool so neither of my dogs will lay on it. Also this comes with no instructions ( so I assume you just lay it on the ground) and it came wet. Wouldn’t buy this again.

This is the best cooling pad that I have ever bought. It really has helped keep my Chihuahua cool this summer.

The cooling mat(s) were placed inside zipped fur-babies dog beds (Pomsky pups), to assist in keeping them cool this summer! All 3 seem to enjoy the cooling mats.
