Sturdy cat tree with roomy cabinet underneath. I put cat beds in there instead of litter boxes, but either one works. It could also be storage for toys or food dishes. Assembly was quick with easy instructions to follow. Some of the finishings weren't perfect, but the cats don't mind!

This is cute and exactly as described but not the greatest cat perch ever. Not enough soft and grippy surfaces, too much slippery laminate. Lots of exposed fasteners. And everything is generally small in scale. The cat in the photos is my small 8 lb kitty and she barely fits in the upper perches. You can see our old perch I’m replacing in the photos for scale. I bought a 16 bath mat from a bargain store and cut it up to make it cozy, attached with a staple gun and now it seems worthwhile.

The directions were very simple easy to put together. My daughter recently got a new kitten and I wanted something that she can be able to use. Has so many great functions the height is great and very sturdy. I love the different levels and for a kitten is easy for her to get up to the top.
