I really like this acrylic door because I need to keep a cat in a certain area of my home. The only thing that needs to be resolved by this company is the acrylic is so scratched and I thought it just needed to be cleaned but it has scratches that are horrible on both acrylic panels

I bought this as “new;” however, it was definitely an open box product and the acrylic door didn’t fit the outer bracket as the previous screws had been put in incorrectly. It was a mess & as a result ended up “MacGyvering” rather than send it back. It is doing the job though.

This product is purrfect for keeping my foster cat separate from my own cat who hated her. And I can say that in the past tense now, because seeing and smelling each other is leading to progress with helping them relax near each other and not see each other at the same threat level as before when there was no visibility.

I using this to reintroduce my cat to my daughter’s two cats in a safe and controlled manner. I haven’t had a chance to install it yet because I suspect that will take two people. It arrived on time and well-packaged.

I love the gate but the acrylic came damaged. You can see 1 spot on each clear acrylic section where the gates over lapped during shipping. There was no protective covering for the acrylic parts either on top or in between the two sheets. Other than that the gate works great and was easy to put together
