You’ll find multiple versions (and sellers) of this product on Wayfair, as well as other websites, some with their own specific seller branding. All look to come from the same Chinese production source. Some sellers list the product as being resin, but the product is best described as plastic. Positives Relatively easy to assemble. No tools needed. Everything snaps into place. All pieces are physically lettered (with orientation arrows as well). Does provide space for six cats to have shelter when needed. Roof is angled to divert water off the structure. Roof has grooves that direct water towards its back, and there are small holes drilled at either end of the back where water can then drain offaway from the structure. Negatives While relatively easy to assemble, instructions could use some help (especially the early steps). There’s a warning on the opening page that parts, once snapped into place, do not disassemble. Take your time, and double check before snapping parts into place, if you purchase. The structure, once snapped together, doesn’t come apart once liftedmoved, but doesn’t feel particularly sturdy either. Again, the product is plastic. Not flimsy per se, but flexible. Was hoping it would be a thickersturdier resin. Because the product is plastic, I’m not sure how effective it will be for providing warmth (on its own) during colder months. Obviously there are things that can be done to help improve that (stuffing interior spaces with straw), but there’s nothing in the way of insulation. It will provide a windbreak for said catsanimals using it, and perhaps if every cubby is used at the same time, the shared body heat from all will keep things toasty, but I’m not sure I would recommend this to people living farther north (who might be considering this as a winter lodging for outdoor animals). Especially when temperatures in those locations drop dangerously low. Conclusion Would conditionally recommend this product, depending on customer’s location, and the effective use of discounts. Would not pay full price for the product—aim for 130 or under, if possible. Definitely don’t pay more than 150 for said product. Have seen some listings on Wayfair for 300 which is laughable. For customers considering the product as winter lodging, do keep in mind the above considerations when deciding on the purchase.

Love this! I had a catio of 12x12 built for my cats and this was easy to put together and I can never get cat trees together but each piece is labeled with a letter it made putting it together easy!
