I am returning item! It came with no instructions and it’s definitely not what the picture online shows.

It’s super cute. My dog loves it.

Not at all what I expected. Metal framing was much thinner than anticipated and the enclosed plastic section is made of a weak plastic not a hard plastic like it looks like in the picture. My dog scratches right through it and broke the plastic topping. Very cheap product, definitely not worth the money.

Not like the picture. I sent it back. Was not sturdy. So disappointed!

Crates were made a very cheap plastic, no directions came with it and what was in there was all written in Chinese. Wayfair did take it back and we’re very nice about it.
