I set up this exercise pen in my back yard for my 2 ferrets. The pen is easy to set up. The bars are far enough apart to where my ferrets might be able to escape, so I used zip ties to secure chicken wire to each panel. This makes it more secure so the ferrets can't get out. I put some of their toys inside the pen along with tubes, some sleepy sacks, dirt and a little pool filled with water. At first they seemed apprehensive, but the 2nd time I let them play in the pen they were more relaxed. I am glad I bought this pen to give my ferrets some outside time.

This 12 panel pen, was extremely easy to assemble, but it was a bit heavy and hard for me to move the box by myself. It’s all metal, has a door for easy access. Each panel is connected with a stake which allows many different configurations. We have 4 adult boxers and as you can see there is ample room for all of them. At 45” high, they could probably still jump out if really motivated but they will definitely think twice!

This is a pretty nice playpen. I think I prefer black verses the white. The powder coating makes it appear to be better quality. The quality is good but nothing spectacular. I wouldn't use it for a larger dog or one that attempts to escape because I don't believe it would hold up. I'll be using this to go around garden beds for protection from little critters and it should work good for that. I appreciate that there is a gate.
