We have several pets and need a bigger water fountain so they have access to clean flowing water at all times. This fountain is big enough to cover the needs for our family. The set up was easy. Take it out of the box, wash it, fill it with water, put the top and pump on and plug it in. The water flows nicely. All is fine and good until the pump stops pumping. There is plenty of water in the base, I double and triple checked. I took the fountain apart and cleaned it, put it back together with water and the pump will not pump water. (Yes it was plugged in and turned on.) The green power light comes on, indicating it has power. The lights on the battery display are all lite showing it is completely charged (incase of power outages). The light that is blue when there is plenty of water and red when there is no water is lit up red. Even though the base is full to the max fill line. The pump will not pump water. I contacted Wayfare and the emailed me telling me the "hardware" part for the fountain would ship on July 22 and would arrive on July 25. Then I received an email saying the parts had shipped and are scheduled to arrive July 18. July 18 has come and gone a week ago and I do not have the hardware part. I have not gotten any emails updating the "new" shipping date (if there is one). I have tried to track the tracking number and it goes back to the original fountain being delivered. If I could get a working pump that would hold up for a few years that would be great. This pump isn't like the others I've used in the past. This one is all enclosed and there is no take it apart to clean it (I don't like that. They get gross inside).

This fountain worked great for a few weeks, and then the pump stopped working. I followed instructions to clean it, check filters, etc., and still couldn't get it to work again. It's a shame, because my cats really liked it! Maybe other will have better luck. One other important thing to note is that the water does no run continuously. You can either set it to run every 30 minutes or with motion-activation.

This is a difficult review to give. The first two weeks it worked perfectly! Just when we had trained all the dogs to use it, we received a red error light. The manual didn’t have a troubleshooting option for a red light. We weren’t able to connect with our WiFi which also was frustrating. We emailed the company and they responded quickly with other troubleshooting suggestions but they still didn’t work. So bummed because it originally was wonderful!!

I received this as part of the Tried and True program. I have very hard water at my home so I go through a lot of water fountains since the build up just destroys them. So far this one has been great. It’s pretty quiet and sends a good amount of flow through the dispenser. It does run a little louder when the water is low, but that is typical. My two cats have had no issues using it.

This fountain is really nice. I like the size and the fact it has an app where you can see if the water is low, and other things is really cool. The fountain turns on and releases water to the bowl when the pet is in front or when the bowl part is empty. You don’t have to worry if it has water because of the app and it has a clear thin window in the front of where you can also see if there’s water. I love it but unfortunately my 14 year old chihuahuas are afraid of the water flow. My cats love it.
